      We do not offer phone support at this time. Instead, we handle all support requests and questions via email only. We do this to keep our costs down - which means low prices for you! - and so that we also have a record of questions and comments.
  • Ordering and Shipping:
      All orders are processed in the order that they are received. Component orders are usually completed and shipped next business day but certainly within 2 business days. Orders submitted over the weekend will be received and processed on Monday. Assembled club orders can take 2-5 extra days to ship out. Notifications by email are sent when an order is shipped and in the case of any delays. All orders are shipped by usps usually by priority mail with delivery confirmation. Orders are usually received at their destination within 5 business days but please allow a total of 7 business days for component orders and 9 business days for assembled club orders. To keep our prices low, All sales are final with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Due to manufacturer's restrictions, usa orders only. Please note: April 16th, 2015 - For whatever reason, over the past few weeks we have had many orders from NON-USA addresses. We have notice at the bottom of all of our pages as well as notice on this page that we only process USA orders. So, moving forward, we will be charging a $8.00 return/refund payment processing fee for any non-usa orders.

      Absolutely! Just look for options on the item that you are interested in! We can assemble a single club or handle multiple orders for stores or shops! If you are a shop or store and need multiple clubs assembled please contact us for a quote!

  • Do your products and clubs come with a warranty?
      Yes! All of our products come with a warranty against breakage for a period of 1 year under normal playing conditions. If you should encounter a problem simply contact our sales department for more information. Component Manufacturers have the final say on repairs and replacements.

      Sorry, but to keep our prices low, all sales are final with no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
